Purchases must be paid for as one order to be eligible for the combined shipping discount. Shipping costs for all US orders include delivery confirmation
tracking and insurance on all orders over $50.00.
We ship Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays
International shipping costs include a small handling fee for the US customs paperwork. Import taxes/duties/fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience from Out of the Shadow of Pink. In the rare instance that your item has been damaged
during shipping you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery date. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 3
days of delivery date. Items must be returned in unworn/unused condition and may be returned for a refund LESS shipping/insurance costs within 14
days of receipt. Customized jewelry items (ie. custom sizing or color) may be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for a return authorization
so that we know to expect the shipment. Buyer to pay for return shipments and MUST include delivery confirmation tracking. All items are carefully
packaged to assure that you receive them in good condition.
